iPhone 15 Pro Max may bring thinner bezels than Xiaomi and Samsung’s latest flagships By Paulo Montenegro

Popular leaker @UniverseIce just released some interesting information about the next-gen iPhone 15 Pro Max — and if what he said is to be believed, the successor to the iPhone 14 Pro Max might hit stores with noticeable improvements to the display.

A few weeks ago, a short video of alleged glass panels for the iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max leaked in China showing some changes to the bezel dimensions, and now, with a post from UniverseIce, those changes have been mentioned again, with the leaker adding that the side bezels for the 15 Pro The Max will be 28.6% narrower than last year's iPhone and measure just 1.55mm.

In comparison, Xiaomi's latest flagship, the Xiaomi 13, has 1.61mm bezels and the Samsung Galaxy S23 brings in 1.95mm – in other words, Apple's new flagship might be the thinnest bezel of the three, and that's also repeats. on recently leaked CAD renders.

For the next Pro models, Apple may adopt even more curved edges, which could give the impression of even thinner bezels, and unlike the Xiaomi 13, the side bezels on the next Cupertino device may be uniform.

The iPhone 15 series is likely to be announced in September and will bring Apple's new A17 Bionic SoC in addition to display improvements. Rumors also talk about the presence of USB-C instead of Lightning, and we can even see solid-state buttons on some models. Sounds exciting!
